Due to an overwhelming turnout when this apartment was originally listed (we had over 100 attendees which overwhelmed building staff, etc.) owner has directed that we cooperate with co-op management in getting preapproved showing times that work best with the building staff. Complicating access is a sidewalk renovation currently underway at the co-op. Both of these situations will restrict showings to limited appointments and we will be working to get every qualified buyer in to see the unit.
