Due to an unanticipated response showings, combined with the unfortunate timing of an upgrade of the elevator nearest to the apartment, we are required to get co-op approval for each planned showing and to combine showings into approved blocks of time. We will open up more blocks of time as needed to attempt to accommodate as many prospective purchasers as possible, but we will be unable to show outside of these approved blocks.
